SKY BroadbandPhoned SKY yesterday to order the cheap broadband they offer at £5 mth, after he checked phone number he sid sorry but you cant have that package you can only have 'Connect' package in your area for £17 mth. I am fuming. I have read and re read the adverts both in the paper/mags and online and nowhere does it say that it is subjest to availablity in your area (unless you wanted free broadband), doesnt say anything about when you pay. (Unless ive missed it somewhere).

They came here twice within an hour first a group of 3 girls I said I don't have a TV and my phone and BB were still under the minimum 12 month period so they left then about 30 mins later another person came to the door from sky also he got the same reply he asked when I was going to get a TV so I said when they scrap the TV license.

Dont get anyone touting for broadband around here, well they wouldnt really, after some investigating it seem that we are very limited with what we can get. I have a choice of Tiscali, Sky(full price), AOL(already got and they are rubbish) or BT. Thats it! They are also around the same price (something to do with the exchange).
Living here might be picturesque but its expensive!
