Hi All,
I have been on for months trying to pin down the roofing man to do my bit of flat roof. He was supposed to come last week.
I got on to the health team ot yesterday to come and look at the care and repair team doing a ramp for me.
She got straight back to me and made an appointment for Friday :lol:
I have been on to the other ot for permenant alterations since we moved in.
This afternoon the roofing man rang, he wants to come Friday!
This afternoon the ot rang, 3 times (!) and guess what?
She is coming on Friday!!
My friend rang, they are passing on their way home from Cornwall and want to drop in.........................on Friday!!!!

Looks like Friday is going to be busy :lol: :lol:

Well, friday was a busy day, but the roofing man was rained off.
My OT came and everything is sorted and will be in plce in the next couple of weeks :lol:

Evening all :lol:
Well, after being rained off 4 times in a row, the roofing men arrived this morning :lol: :lol:
Looking at the weather, I really wasn't expecting them so was still in my dressing gown :oops: :oops:
But the rain held off, the sun came out and I got a new roof :lol: :lol:
Also got my car back as it has been in for repair and the bill didn't break the bank :lol:
That is what I call a good day :lol:

it has been very nasty weather here the past week, i have not been
