1 Anybody who posts porn will be banned

2 If a moderator locks or removes a post then their say is  final
   
3 Be respectful to others this site is intended for carers to enjoy their spare time if they have any anyone found abusing another will be banned

4 Please try and post in the right place but we all make mistakes so don't worry if you make the occasional mistake

5 NO COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING only products recommended by individuals any company posing as an individual will be banned and have their post deleted

6 Copy & pasting is allowed if it would be beneficial, but not if it is to attack the board or any member of the board on another forum. Any member found doing this will be banned immediately
