i havent any knowledge of this subject, but i was talking to someone today who had been caring for someone for over 30
years, they had joined a carers group around 15 years ago,
then when their loved one passed away, they thought they
couldnt attend the group anymore, after a few weeks, some
one from the group got in touch, and told this person they were more than happy to have them in the group, and help out at the carers centre.
i thought that was so kind of them all, we dont see enough
kindness in this life as it is, but when you loose someone,
after a while, you can feel so alone, so this group should be praised and a lesson learned by all.
