I cancelled a bundle last month (orange messenger) it was free but they decided to charge for it.
I missed the first month deadline so accepted that , but this month it shouldn't have been deducted so thought it was an error when I received a text saying it would be deducted again, but it was deducted again so after trying to find the page again I phoned Orange, after 10 mins to be told I would have to be passed on to a supervisor. so far I have been on the phone 42 minutes of which less than 10 have been in conversation with a real person, if they are expecting my phone to cut out due to the battery running out they are in for a shock it is plugged into the electric  Laughing  Laughing

I used to have orange messenger rather than MSN messenger on my pc as it was free but on the 10/6/08 they started to charge for it so I cancelled at first looking all over my phone for it, during that time the first £4 went out later I found the page online and cancelled the orange messenger. As I said earlier I thought this text saying I would be charged was an error until I checked my balance on the 10/7/08 to find it was down another £4 so I am now on the phone 50 minutes most of it listening to music or a ringing tone. If I had to pay for this call at my per minute rate I would have spent £8.10. Finally after 55minutes 23 seconds the person says can I call you back in 2 minutes , time 12.50 . If this was a per minute call I would have spent £8.40 on that call but so far it has cost 40p 15p to be told I cannot call one of the numbers and a one off 25p to deal with customer services

will add the update when I get it
