Movie bosses have decided to exclude the classic line 'Bond, James Bond' from 'Quantum of Solace'. The dialogue, spoken in all of the previous 22 James Bond films, has become synonymous with the secret agent franchise but director Marc Forster decided Daniel Craig - who plays the suave action hero - would not repeat the introduction for the latest instalment. The director revealed: "There was a 'Bond, James Bond' in the script. There were several places where we shot it as well, but it never worked as we hoped.

"I just felt we should cut it out, and the producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael Wilson agreed. Daniel Craig agreed too."

Another famous Bond saying, 'shaken, not stirred', will also be omitted.

Forster added: "It's nice to be open-minded about the Bond formula. You can always go back to them later on."
